I was searching for a family law / divorce attorney for basic consultation. I had the honor of speaking with The Cusic Law Team for assistance. From the beginning phone call to obtaining the information I needed from her consultation she provided me with everything I needed and more. Typically when you reach out to attorney's offices it feels like a money grab. I didn't get that feeling when I contacted them. Not only did Desiree call after her normal business hours, same day as my request, she had a fountain of information and guidance. Dessiray has been communicative every step of the way! I had a difficult case with the opposition being extremely difficult. She took on my case with full disclosure that it would be costly. Dessiray Cusic is an excellent attorney and she fights for her clients. Her strategic thought process sets her above most lawyers.She represented me when my ex-husband left the state without my knowledge or consent. I did not know where my daughter was for 2 years Essentially, I called it kidnapping. Dessiray fought hard for me to get my parental rights back. In 2005, I used her again to get temporary custody.I used her a third time when I was granted custody and my ex-husband received visitation. She is the BEST. I recommend her without reservation.
